Python father steps down
Guido van Rossum, the father of Python AKA Benevolent Dictator For Life or BDFL, just announced that he will not be involved anymore in the development and coordination of this popular programming language. Guido wrote yesterday (12 July 2018): I would like to remove myself entirely from the decision process. I'll still be there for a while as an ordinary core dev, and I'll still be available to mentor people -- possibly more available.
